As second and third generation builders, we have over seven decades of combined experience in both residential and commercial construction, maintaining a trusted and reliable name in the industry. Our attention to detail, spatial design and execution, as well as commitment to customer satisfaction are just a few of the reasons NASHCO has been able to thrive through the years.

Troy G. Nash began what would blossom into a successful career as a builder while working for his father in the ancestral East Texas. Long and hot summer days bred into him hard work, and his father's demand for quality resulted in a relentless focus and attention to detail. 

After serving his country in the U.S. Air Force, Troy and wife Helen returned home to Lufkin, Texas, where they had three kids and began a successful construction company. Troy, a trim carpenter by trade, built and remodeled countless homes in the area, and soon branched out to own and operate cabinet showrooms, designing and delivering beautiful kitchen and baths to the customary sturdy brick homes of the area.

Those experiences in East Texas served him well as the family relocated to Central Texas in the mid-2000's. It was at this time that Troy and his son entered primarily into the commercial construction industry for the better part of a decade, building and remodeling tens of thousands of square feet of space at area universities and elsewhere. 

Beginning in 2014, Troy S. Nash and wife Jennifer began operating Nashco, building custom homes and offering extensive remodeling services. Hickory Hill Land and Homes is the next step in our story, and we are banking that our years of hard work and experience will culminate into a successful endeavor of land acquisition and development.
